and end to yet another school year. this year has been a great great year for me i must admit. haha. time to do a reflection of the school year gone past.
start of the year. LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM! great fun! super posh hotels! 6 star man! exclusive one of a kind toilets, top notch bathing facilities, confortable and spacious beds, complete with silk bedsheets and cushions. (SARCASM x 10). but was fun la, the bonding and all, the lack of luxuries and entertainment caused us to appreciate friendship even more. haha.
guitar camp, hmmmm, was my first as one of the committee. interesting, especially the night games. haha. although was quite disappointed when 3 quarters of the committee came back from dinner one hour late. but overall was fun.
exchange program with PLMGSS. was quite good overall la. learnt a lot, learnt to be more sensitive, to watch what i say, for girls are such sensitive creatures. learnt that our guitar orchestra has quite a lot to learn from them.
final exams. was quite good. happy with my results yeah. thank god for it. haha.
these are just individual events. haha. lots of stuff have happened in this year and i thank god for it.

finally. guitar guitar guitar. i love the guitar. but the guitar orchestra just constantly pushes ure passion to the limit. we have people who just say, “if i dont feel like coming i wont come lo”. and people who believe that the best way to encourage others to come for guitar is to , ” try and attend all the practices ureself.” crap. the standard of guitar is dropping like crazy, sec 1s that cant play a decent tune. sec 3s that still arent up to scratch, and those that do dont have the right attitude. and other people blaming others for their own incompetency. get real. we arent a charity organization. if u aint good enough, u get the cut. simple as tht. dont push the blame. and ppl wanting to leave guitar, its ure choice, no one is holding u back. go, since u feel that ull be much happier without guitar orchestra, we wouldnt want to hold u back.
whew there, got it off my chest, ppl pls shape up la if u want to stay in the guitar orchestra. SYF year, it isnt a joke. we have to strive to achieve what we have not, the gold with honours. its no joke.
wooo. guess ill have to hold off the interesting post to the next one then. haha.
